If you have decided not to keep an item, purchased at a show or online, and you don’t live near our office and wish to return it by post, please send it back to us in a new and unused condition together with the product’s original, undamaged, packaging and labeling within 30 days.
To return via post, follow these simple steps:
- Please Email us at email@example.com to let us know you are returning something, so we can ensure the parcel is not missed (we are not fully staffed yet due to Covid).
- Take your parcel to any Post Office and return to:
- EDC Support Ltd (F&F Returns)
- Weston House
- 18 – 22 Church Street
- LE17 4AW
- Upon receipt of the goods, we will arrange a credit to either your card or Paypal, depending upon how the item was purchased.
We regret to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that become lost in transit. We therefore strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service and keep a record of this.
If you simply do not like your purchase, you will need to return the item at your own expense, and the item must be in a new and unused state. If the item you have received is wrong or faulty, postage will be reimbursed.
